Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Salvaje Miami, where we are redefining Japanese signature cuisine with a blend of tradition and design, quality, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu offerings with enthusiasm and expertise.
  • Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen team.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to maintain a smooth and seamless service flow.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a high-end restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • English level must be fluent.
