Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Community Hospital. As a key member of our Procedure Center, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general patient care and complete medical history, vital signs, and other necessary tasks upon admission.
  • Review patient charts and become familiar with orders, including medications, lab results, and radiology reports.
  • Prepare patients for discharge and explain instructions to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Verify medication orders and lab requests to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Complete paperwork and documentation as required, including signed consents and patient information.

Requirements:

  • Basic Life Support certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of hire
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • 1-2 years of general nursing and critical care experience

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $40.25 per hour, depending on education and experience, as well as a $20,000 sign-on bonus for RNs with at least 2 years of experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, free parking, paid time off, education assistance, and a 403(b) plan with employer matching.
