Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Anesthesia Technician to join our team. As an Anesthesia Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our licensed anesthesia care physicians in the clinical setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the anesthesia environment, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Ensuring department compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements related to anesthesia care.
- Overseeing and maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
As an Anesthesia Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating practical knowledge and expertise in all general areas of anesthesia.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to anesthesia care.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous healthcare-related experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a variable day shift schedule, including:
- 6:00am - 6:00pm.
- 7:00am - 7:00pm.
