Job Title: Data Warehouse Engineer/ETL

Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Warehouse Engineer/ETL to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data warehouse solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments.
  • Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with the technology domain, including upgrades and deployments.
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures.
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients' needs while leveraging a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals.
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 5 years of ETL / Data Warehouse experience
  • 5 years MS SQL Server experience, e.g. DDL, TSQL, Stored Procedures, Functions
  • 3 years SDLC
  • 1 years GitHub
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • The ability to work in a multi-tasking team environment. This role supports multiple in-flight development projects at the same time.
  • Ability to analyze and document system recommendations and changes.
