  • You will lead a multidiscipline team and perform layout and detailing on architectural projects, coordinating work through multiple phases to ensure timely completion.
  • Establishing owner/client and internal meetings, you will participate in reviews with governing agencies to ensure code compliance.
  • Conducting work sessions at project sites with the Project Manager and other disciplines, you will coordinate workload and review architectural documents for conflicts.
  • Performing QA/QC and technical reviews, you will write and edit architectural specifications, incorporating agreed-upon changes into project documents.
  • As needed, you will lead projects in a dual management role, provide construction contract administration, and perform other duties.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Architecture is highly desirable, particularly if you have experience in healthcare, educational, civic, science, and research facilities.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design/LEED principles and knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3D Studio Max, Rhino, and Grasshopper would be an asset.
Required Qualifications
  • You must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Registration as an Architect is required, as well as expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule) and proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Excellent written and communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated graphic presentation skills are essential.
  • You must also have experience in preparing and laying out architectural contract documents and specifications, and possess strong knowledge of codes and planning skills.
