Job Title: Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

At CreditServe, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to our Auto Sales and Finance division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of analysts to develop and manage complex financial forecasting models, and analyze and explain key drivers of variances compared to expectations.
  • Synthesize and communicate data-driven insights to advise finance and business leadership teams on investments and operational opportunities, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with the business and analytical functions to assess opportunities.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to investigate and assess any industry-related topics and strategic options.
  • Communicate and influence effectively at the highest levels of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team of analysts in the future, coaching and mentoring associates with a goal of developing and retaining top talent.
  • Ability to build financial models for forecasting.
  • Distilling complex ideas and financial models into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Capable of setting the right agenda, balancing competing priorities and interfacing with senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and operate in a matrixed environment.
  • Delivering results through sustainable and well-managed execution processes.
