- Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
- Oversee shop equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Manage costs effectively by utilizing warranties and assessing service/part options.
- Keep an inventory of supplies and parts organized.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, including clear communication with clients regarding their vehicles.
- Support team objectives by completing related tasks as required.
- Be prepared for field inspections and repairs in varying weather conditions.

The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, and have experience with a diverse fleet of vehicles, including gas and diesel-powered, as well as medium-duty diesel vehicles.
