Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections and diagnostic evaluations to assess vehicle and equipment condition.

  • Conduct test drives to confirm vehicle performance, making adjustments as needed.
  • Adhere to federal and state vehicle regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of services and repairs performed.
  • Oversee shop equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Manage costs effectively by utilizing warranties and assessing service/part options.
  • Keep an inventory of supplies and parts organized.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including clear communication with clients regarding their vehicles.
  • Support team objectives by completing related tasks as required.
  • Be prepared for field inspections and repairs in varying weather conditions.

We are looking for a meticulous, dependable, and skilled technician who is self-motivated, accountable, and possesses strong customer service abilities. The ideal candidate will be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, and have experience with a diverse fleet of vehicles, including gas and diesel-powered, as well as medium-duty diesel vehicles.
