About the Role:

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing radiography procedures and related techniques, producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed independent practitioners. This role requires a strong understanding of radiography practices and protocols, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform radiography procedures based on established protocols and standards
  • Understand and adhere to departmental exam protocols and quality control procedures
  • Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to the development of new protocols and procedures
  • Prepare and administer contrast media as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care

Requirements:

  • Completion of formal Radiological Technologist training from an accredited program
  • Board certification in Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT certification or eligibility
  • Ability to obtain BLS certification and maintain during employment
  • Experience with Epic or similar electronic health record systems
