We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Samaritan Healthcare. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with various health conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Provide education and guidance to patients on healthy eating habits, meal planning, and nutrition-related topics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics to ensure evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to nutrition services.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Nutrition, Foods and Nutrition, or Dietetics.
- Current Certified Dietitian status for Washington State and Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics registration or RD eligible.
- Previous experience in dietetics, with one year of clinical dietitian experience preferred.
