Position Overview

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking dedicated seasonal Bartenders to enhance our service at a premier sports venue. As a Bartender, your primary responsibility will be to serve a variety of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while ensuring an outstanding experience for all guests.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this position is $16.87. A comprehensive benefits package is available for eligible team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process drink orders from guests and staff, handle payments, and provide accurate change.
  • Prepare beverages according to established recipes and company standards.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, verifying identification, and complying with all service regulations.
  • Accurately complete sales and inventory documentation.
  • Maintain bar inventory by ordering necessary supplies and ingredients.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.
  • Experience with cash handling and credit card transactions.
  • Familiarity with computerized point of sale systems.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Exposure to moderate to high noise levels during peak service times.
Shift Information

This position requires flexibility for event-based shifts, including evenings and holidays.
