Key Responsibilities:
- Design and uphold the client care plan and schedules, ensuring exceptional client experiences while communicating effectively with clients, families, care partners, and referral sources.
- Actively engage with clients and families to guarantee safe, suitable, and meaningful care is delivered.
- Recruit and supervise caregivers.
- Provide mentorship to caregivers and assist in their care delivery.
- Maintain a composed, positive attitude at all times and effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic office setting.
- The ideal Client Care Manager has prior experience in the home care sector or medical office environment with a minimum of five years of experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by five years of business experience.
- Outgoing and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in computer usage, CRM software, and typing skills.
- Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
- Availability for on-call duties outside of standard office hours.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
