Job Summary:

The Salvation Army USA Southern Territory is seeking a Seasonal Christmas Driver to join our team. As a key member of our Red Kettle program, you will be responsible for driving a Salvation Army vehicle to pick up and drop off red kettles with donations at assigned locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and drop off red kettles with donations at assigned locations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the vehicle and donations at all times.
  • Assist in performing work at the Christmas warehouse and center as requested.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two years' driving experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Physical Requirements:

The ability to perform continuous stooping, standing, and climbing, as well as lift and carry moderate to heavy materials and donations.

Work Environment:

Work may be performed in a warehouse building with some exposure to outdoor temperatures, dirt, dust, and disagreeable sights and orders.
