Role Summary:
As a Physical Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to implement treatment plans aimed at restoring and enhancing the physical capabilities of our patients. You will encounter a diverse range of orthopedic issues, including acute injuries related to work, pre-operative and post-operative conditions, as well as initiatives for workplace wellness and injury prevention. Your role will involve crafting individualized programs tailored to the specific objectives of each patient, helping them return to their professional and personal lives with confidence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the therapeutic and rehabilitative needs of patients and formulate suitable treatment strategies.
- Continuously update and refine treatment plans as necessary.
- Employ clinical judgment in the treatment process, including planning, executing, and tracking patient progress.
- Educate and guide patients on exercises, home care routines, and overall health education.
- Maintain transparent communication with patients and referring physicians regarding care plans and progress.
- Treat colleagues, patients, families, and others with respect and dignity.
- Perform additional job-related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Active California Physical Therapy license is mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to patient outcomes.
- Familiarity with MS Office and patient management systems.
- Understanding of physical therapy office management practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outpatient experience is preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
