The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC Design and experience working on residential and commercial projects. As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for taking ownership of projects, overseeing teams, and creating construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop mechanical systems for various market sectors, including healthcare, retail, and education.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and shop drawings for compliance with plans and specifications.
  • Conduct research and recommend system or equipment feasibility.
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and customers to support business development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry software, including Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, fire protection, or architectural).
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC systems design in residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • PE Registration is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, Load Calculation programs, and MS Office.
