Job Opportunity:

Golden Harmony is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide high-quality care to older adults in their homes.

About the Role:

As a CNA/PCA, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans, providing clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as directed, and documenting completed tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior. You will also supply personal companionship and ongoing social and emotional support to each client.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ADLs, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
  • Document completed tasks and report changes in the client's condition
  • Supply personal companionship and social support

Requirements:

  • CNA or PCA certification (preferred)
  • 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Benefits:

Competitive pay, starting at $16-17 per hour, flexible schedule, referral bonuses, education and training, paid training, and holiday pay.
