National Security Adjudicator

Job Description:
Amentum is seeking an experienced National Security Adjudicator to support our government customer in the Washington Metropolitan Area. As a key member of our team, you will review and analyze security clearance paperwork, generate written recommendations, and conduct effective interviews.

Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze security clearance paperwork and personnel security files
* Generate written recommendations for our customer
* Conduct effective interviews and provide case briefings
* Utilize computer systems to review and generate reports
* Comprehend complex data and generate succinct reports
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a background investigator or administering polygraph testing (Level 1)
* Minimum 3 years of experience performing security or suitability adjudications (Full Performance Level 3)
* Active Top Secret US Government Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph
* US Citizenship required for Top Secret Clearance
* Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this role is $83,000 - $110,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Amentum offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
