Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Charge RN to join our Neurovascular team at Providence St. Vincent Medical Center. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities
