Key Responsibilities- Lead and own all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Provide oversight over company's accounting operations, including producing periodic financial reports, maintaining an adequate system of accounting records, and company budget
- Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
- Assist with future investor requirements and relations
- Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regards to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts
- Provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plans of organization
- Create and establish yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion
- Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations
- Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risk
- Manage both the IT and Accounting Vendor relationships
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years total finance and/or accounting experience
- Prior experience in professional services, such as Marketing, Law, and/or Public Accounting / Management Consulting
- Understanding of project costing and WIP
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of US GAAP
- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence – ability to motivate staff
- Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
