Job Description

PD Systems LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Clerk to join our team. As a Stock Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and issuing equipment, materials, supplies, and merchandise, while maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and store incoming articles, verifying receipt and conformance to specifications.
  • Sort and organize stock according to identifying information, such as style, size, or type of material.
  • Fulfill orders and issue supplies from stock, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Prepare periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
  • Requisition articles to fill incoming orders, communicating with vendors and government officials as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army procedures and logistics information systems.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to perform various production control activities.
  • Ability to lift/push/pull minimum of 30 pounds and work in a shop environment with drafty, noisy, and dirty conditions.
  • Must be able to obtain a forklift license and have a strong understanding of G-Army.
  • NACI/CAC Required.
  • Must provide a signed DD Form 3150 to confirm COVID-19 vaccination status and provide proof of vaccination.
