What does a typical day entail?

Armed with a company vehicle and comprehensive industry training, our Termite Technicians are active in the communities we serve, visiting residential clients and executing requested termite treatments. Here are some key responsibilities you would undertake daily:

  • Confirming that job specifications align with each work order
  • Preparing the site for treatment
  • Administering anti-termite treatments to structures following safety protocols and label instructions
  • Engaging with customers and elucidating the services rendered
  • Completing documentation of services provided

What qualities are essential for success?

  • A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are mandatory
  • Previous industry experience is beneficial but not essential. The following traits are far more critical:
  • You possess a friendly demeanor and enjoy customer interactions
  • You are self-driven and exhibit a strong work ethic
  • You can effectively communicate information to customers individually and in small groups
  • You are detail-oriented and recognize the significance of safety
  • You have a basic understanding of math, necessary for performing service-related calculations
  • Given the nature of our work, you should be comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
  • For safety reasons, our Termite Technicians must not have facial hair, as rebreathers need to create a proper seal
