Role Summary

This role will involve working at our Milwaukee Facility and the Spay/Neuter Center in West Allis. You will contribute significantly by assisting animals at our Milwaukee Facility, as well as supporting animals and their loving families at our Spay/Neuter Center. Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-volume, high-quality, and safe spay/neuter procedures for both shelter and public animals.
- Performing additional surgical procedures as required for shelter animals.
- Ensuring safe, effective, and efficient medical processes from check-in to discharge, including follow-up care.
- Administering vaccinations and providing thorough medical evaluations.
- Monitoring the daily health status of both client and shelter animals.
- Offering medical guidance to clients and addressing inquiries as necessary.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans for animals in shelter and foster care.
- Providing leadership to medical support staff.
- Executing all other assigned duties.
- Must possess a DVM degree and a valid license; experience in high-volume spay/neuter or shelter medicine is preferred.
