Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our team at CHI Health Immanuel in Nebraska. This is a full-time opportunity with a guaranteed 36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an ICU setting and be proficient in titrating drips and reading and interpreting tele/monitor techs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU setting, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Nebraska.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
  • Proficiency in titrating drips and reading and interpreting tele/monitor techs.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and be on call as needed.
