On-Site Taxation Lead - CPA Firm

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate tax returns and offer strategic insights to clients
• Cultivate and manage client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Maintain necessary continuing education and assist in expanding the firm's service offerings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of recent experience in public accounting
• CPA certification is mandatory
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess Tax, ProSystem FX Tax, Engagement, and Fixed Assets (preferred)
• Experience with real estate and medical practice groups (preferred)
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accountancy
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
