We are seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and will be responsible for providing high-quality ABA services to students in a middle school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA services to students with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of ABA services
  • Conduct data-driven assessments and progress monitoring

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., ABA, Psychology, Education)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
