About the Role

This Cybersecurity Engineer Lead position is a 1-year contract opportunity with BGSF in Westminster, Colorado. The role requires a hybrid schedule, with 3 days of on-site work per week.

To be successful in this role, you must have an active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance and meet the DoD 8570 compliance requirements. A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field is necessary, along with at least 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security solutions.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with security frameworks, regulations, and standards.
  • Expertise in threat analysis, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year, based on experience.
