Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering nursing care to patients with cardiac and vascular conditions, including endovascular interventions and peri-procedure care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialized nursing care to patients with cardiac and vascular conditions
  • Assess patient/family level of understanding to enhance effective communication and education
  • Screen patients for appropriate clinical information and accurately document vitals, condition, medications, and other relevant medical information
  • Assist healthcare providers with various medical procedures, including endovascular interventions and peri-procedure care
  • Provide compassionate, professional patient care and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
  • Collaborate with Nurse Navigator for scheduling/follow-up care for patients
  • Assist with stocking supplies/inventory and sheath pulls, as directed
Requirements:
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the office is located
  • Minimum one-year experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
  • Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, if indicated
  • Complete online moderate sedation training, and obtain certificate, if indicated
  • Prior experience in the Operating Room, cardiovascular and/or peripheral vascular disease, and critical care, preferred
