Job Summary:

Spire Orthopedic Partners is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Clinical Support Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, assist physicians with treatments and procedures, and contribute to a dynamic and growing orthopedic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare patients for office visits and procedures
* Assist physicians with treatments and in-office procedures
* Prepare and administer injectables for various physician specialties
* Draw blood as needed for in-office procedures
* Oversee patient flow to ensure efficient throughput
* Perform telephone triage and provide medical advice within scope
* Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

* Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
* Phlebotomy certification required
* Previous clinical experience required
* Current CT and NY state registration and licensure
* BLS certification
* Excellent communication skills
