Hand and Stone - Cranberry/East Liberty is a leading provider of spa services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Associate.

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Spa Associate to provide exceptional customer service, build relationships with clients, and support our team to ensure a successful day. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for meeting membership sales goals, providing detailed knowledge of our menu of services, and maintaining a positive and energetic attitude.

• Capable of working flexible hours (evenings and weekends required)
• Special consideration given to candidates with prior retail or membership sales experience or prior Spa experience
• Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
