Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all facets of civil site design, including site layout, land grading, stormwater management, and infrastructure development.
  • Create CAD drawings, layouts, and production plans per local codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed stormwater management reports, including computations for ESDv, drainage area delineation, and runoff.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory agency reviewers throughout project duration.
  • Assist with permit processing and submittals with local and state agencies.
  • Communicate with project managers on workflow status and priorities to meet project goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D required.
  • Proficiency in HydroCAD, TR-55, and Maryland Stormwater Management Design and computation preferred.
  • Registration as an Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
