Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Resilient Healthcare. In this role, you will work closely with physical therapists to provide high-quality patient care and support.

About the Role:
This is a part-time (PRN) contract position that offers flexibility and autonomy. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing engaging exercises and activities for patients, providing counseling and consultations, and assisting physical therapists in direct patient care. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation, and participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment and exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and safety procedures are followed
- Review patient files prior to appointments and have a clear understanding of the challenges to be addressed
- Assist physical therapists in direct patient care according to their plans of care
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including completion of required forms and reports
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in the State of Texas
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy or related field
- Proficient in computer software commonly used for documentation and report preparation
- Demonstrated knowledge and adherence to HIPAA legislation and other patient privacy laws
- Experienced in working with sensitive and personal patient records and information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
