Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and prioritize care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, analyze data, and take decisive action to improve patient outcomes.
- Administer medications safely and effectively, adhering to state and organizational policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in critical care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent experience.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of hire.
- At least 1 year of RN experience, with 6 months of experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department Unit preferred.
