Direct Support Professional

Job Summary:

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities to help them develop and maintain skills, live more independently, and participate fully in community life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals in developing and maintaining daily living and social skills
  • Engage in activities with individuals to promote independence and community participation
  • Maintain annual 24-hour training requirements
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
  • Compassionate and willing to care for the well-being of others
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility to accommodate individual assignments
