Director, Procurement

Brief Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Director to lead our procurement function and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in procurement leadership and a deep understanding of global supply chain management.

As a Procurement Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business by developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics


Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in procurement leadership, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supply chain management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in procurement leadership, with a focus on cost savings, quality improvement, and supplier relationship development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
