MTM is currently looking for a Precision Assembly Specialist to join our team. This role goes beyond typical assembly line tasks.

Our specialists are highly trained and will operate in a clean room environment focused on semiconductor manufacturing equipment assembly.

Responsibilities include producing components that meet all specifications and tolerances; ensuring that all moving parts function correctly.

Maintaining cleanliness and the integrity of internal components, as well as the final appearance of the product, is essential. All standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) must be adhered to, and a safe, clean, and organized workspace is required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical documents to determine dimensions and tolerances.
  • Perform pre-clean room wash operations and follow protocols for clean room entry.
  • Execute complex assembly tasks using various tools and equipment in a clean room setting.
  • Utilize torque wrenches and understand torque methodologies and sequencing.
  • Employ precision measuring instruments.
  • Install thread inserts and fasteners.
  • Operate and troubleshoot assembly equipment.
  • Handle materials using appropriate equipment within the clean room.
  • Accurately enter data into the data collection system and ensure proper labor reporting.
  • Understand and effectively use the 'Available Documents' program.
  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and workspace daily.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to receive instructions and coordinate tasks.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Vocational training or at least one year of full-time assembly experience in an industrial environment.
  • Previous experience in a clean room setting is preferred.

Applicants must be able to wear required clean room attire and personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods and comply with all clean room operational guidelines.
