Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Med Spa Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Viva Day Spa + Med Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care and attention to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.

  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-up care, ensuring timely and efficient communication with patients and staff.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored care and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure accurate and effective treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients on their treatment options.

  • Manage patient records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on patient history, treatment plans, and outcomes.

  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a Med Spa or related field, with advanced knowledge of cosmetic injectables and laser treatments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and staff.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, and make a 1-year commitment to your schedule and department.

  • Willingness to learn and grow with our team, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care and customer satisfaction.
