Job Overview

The Wound Care Nurse role at RehabCare involves assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and educating patients and family members on wound management techniques.

  • Accurately assesses patient condition and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Provides expert education to patients and families on wound prevention and management.
Key Qualifications
  • Graduate of accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wound care required.
  • Wound Ostomy Care Nurse (WOCN) certification preferred.
