Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our venue, support our team members, and drive performance goals forward. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring daily operations are maintained as scheduled, leading by example, and reinforcing policies and procedures established by our Operations Manager/Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily activities of team members and assign appropriate tasks and assignments
  • Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
  • Lead by example and reinforce policies and procedures established by Operations Manager/Regional Manager
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
  • Assist with inventory, training, and/or recruiting as needed
  • Report policy or procedure violations to the Supervisor or Manager on duty
  • Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs to take home
  • Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
  • Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
  • Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
  • Operate POS system and photography equipment
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
