Job Summary

Advanced Psychiatric Health Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team as a full-time therapist in Naples, FL.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions with clients to provide evidence-based treatment and support.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health theories, techniques, and best practices.
  • Attend and participate in clinical meetings and trainings to stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Current LCSW license in the state of Florida or current LMHC license in the state of Florida.
  • Experience providing mental health counseling services to diverse populations.
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience/Training in CBT (Insomnia) is a plus.
