Epicor Technical Consultant

About the Project

HighCloud Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Epicor Technical Consultant to lead the implementation of Epicor Kinetic for the Minnesota Department of Information Technology Services (MNIT) partnering with the Department of Corrections Minncor division.

Project Overview

The project involves reviewing the current system setup process and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automation where possible within the Epicor Kinetic framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the current Epicor ERP setup and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.
• Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data.
• Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality.
• Provide knowledge transfer and training where necessary.

Requirements

• 3 years of Epicor Certification technical experience in Kinetic.
• Experience with the listed Epicor modules, including BAQ expertise, email notification, inventory, and warehouse setup, and A/R automation.
• Portfolio Management experience.
• Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs and make decisions that result in high-quality project outputs.
• Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input.
