Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Roper St. Francis Healthcare, working nights to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our inpatients and outpatients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain high standards of quality care in pharmacy practice
  • Provide professional pharmaceutical care to patients, including medication therapy management and monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited A.C.P.E. College of pharmacy
  • Previous hospital experience or suitable hospital experience during pharmacy education or internship
  • Licensed by the Board of Pharmacy to practice pharmacy in South Carolina
