Job Summary:

The Millwright Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and construction of mechanical equipment and systems on the plant. This includes hydraulic presses, steam hammers, furnaces, boilers, manipulators, CNC machines, and gantries. The ideal candidate will have experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, steam, gas, and water systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret mechanical drawings and plant machinery, equipment, facilities, and installations.
• Make repairs, adjustments, or replacements of worn or defective parts.
• Perform common methods of rigging and handling of heavy machinery or parts safely.
• Knowledge of piping for steam, air, gas, water, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with tools such as threaders, drills, and saws.
• Perform general building and electrical repairs involved with mechanical work.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, construction, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift 35lb.
• Experience with reading blueprints and sketches.
• Strong work ethic.
