About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers, cleaning equipment, and maintaining outside grounds.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our crew members and customers.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance on restaurant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors as needed.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
