Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers from initial inquiry to sale
  • Provide accurate and timely information on vehicles, pricing, and options
  • Set showroom and test drive appointments
  • Exhibit consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting a vehicle
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become a vehicle authority
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of vehicles and financial products
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business and build customers for life
