About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide proactive and personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our bank's products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner, escalating complex issues to management as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives, share knowledge and best practices, and support each other in delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: 6+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer Service Focus: A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of banking products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and investment products.
  • Relationship Building: Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing them with tailored solutions to meet those needs.
