Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Industrial Sorter to join our team at Recycling and Disposal Solutions. As an Industrial Sorter, you will play a crucial role in preparing materials for processing, baling, inventorying, and shipment.

About the Role

  • Segregate various materials, including cardboard, paper, plastic, and aluminum, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the plant and surrounding areas are clean and free of debris.
  • Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable attendance record.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • GA/NC/VA driver's license preferred.
  • Knowledge of safety precautions and hazards associated with the position.
  • Experience in an industrial environment is an asset.
  • OSHA or related safety training is an advantage.
