Job Overview:


The role involves conducting research and analysis of technical data and challenges of varying complexity to formulate recommendations aimed at resolving issues related to technical operations.

The candidate will provide guidance in identifying, assessing, and developing processes and procedures that are effective and compliant with requirements. This position includes reporting and analysis to support the execution of solutions and may involve consultation with clients, colleagues, and management. The analyst will engage in cross-functional teams to tackle technical or systems-related challenges. The role requires identifying best practices and proposing enhancements to current methodologies. This experienced-level position necessitates a commitment to career development in the field and acquiring knowledge of industry standards. A moderate level of experience and proficiency in the relevant area is required.

Knowledge Requirements:
In-depth understanding of concepts and principles within the functional area. General awareness of departmental operations, Reserve Banks, and/or System policies, procedures, and technologies.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, creativity, attention to detail, and both oral and written communication skills tailored for the intended audience.

Risk Management Responsibilities:
The individual must comprehend and apply risk management principles in decision-making processes and contribute to the risk management of their functions.

Decision-Making Authority:
Operates under guidance with minimal oversight; adheres to established methods and clear policies. Makes decisions based on general instructions or established procedures.

  • UX/UI Design Expertise: Enhance accessibility and user experience of various product pages, infographics, landing pages, etc.


  • Metrics/Data Collection and Analysis Proficiency: Identify opportunities and methodologies for data collection, customer survey creation and analysis, reporting, etc.


  • Content and Product Marketing Skills: Support and enhance current team objectives with a journalistic writing style and a strong customer-centric focus.


Qualifications:
1) Conducts complex analysis of business challenges utilizing established methodologies and tools within technology domains.
2) Collaborates with clients and other resources to evaluate current capabilities, identify customer needs, and recommend improvements in business processes within technology areas.
3) Provides complex support and collaboration in analysis, ad-hoc reporting, information or process mapping, and alignment of business resources.
4) Contributes to and engages in discussions regarding process improvement and solutions, presenting outcomes in both written and verbal formats to senior management.
5) Develops and designs new business processes while updating existing ones within technology domains.
6) Participates in cross-functional initiatives and process improvement projects within technology areas.
7) Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:
Standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc., will be utilized.

Physical Requirements:
Requires some degree of sitting (for extended periods), standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling items weighing less than 20 lbs.

Work Hours:
May necessitate extended work hours. Occasional travel, including overnight stays, may be required. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 3 to 5+ years of relevant work experience is expected.
