**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at J. H. Larson. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our patrons.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Seat guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage guest reception, including answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Consistently follow all guest satisfaction standards, maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Collaborate with servers and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous restaurant host/hostess experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

**Working Conditions:**

We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace and require all team members to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels and bright lights. Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers, management, and customers, and provide interaction with guests with a smile and using the most courteous manners.
