Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Maintenance Programs: Develop and implement effective maintenance programs to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
  • Lead Maintenance Team: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Manage Budgets: Participate in budget planning and management for the maintenance department, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Coordinate with Contractors: Manage relationships with external contractors, ensuring that work is completed to a high standard and that costs are managed effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of related experience, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Advanced technical training preferred, working knowledge of safety codes and regulations, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks, effective communication and problem-solving skills.
