- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Current LPN licensure in the state of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- IV certification
- Two years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice
