We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Bon Appetit - Mountain View. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and manage menus to meet the needs of our customers
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to ensure high-quality standards
- Train and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure that all products and ingredients meet our high standards
- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience
- Strong passion for great food and hospitality
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Google Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
